10 days have passed, and as stated in the complaint form that I put against José Luis Jewelry as the clock Viceroy should go to the Municipal Information Office Consumers (OMIC) to deliver copy of the sheet. It
the Almeria OMIC closed, and the Council signed an agreement with other users associations to manage their responsibilities. On the website of National Institute of Consumer appears even the old phone, but on the website of the Consumers Union appears Almería same direction and a different phone . After insisting got to speak with the UCA and there I made it clear that the OMIC it no longer existed and that the claims made by them or any other existing consumer associations in Almería .
So I went to the address I said, and once there I saw that within the same premises had 2 different associations: UCA and ACUA. As the attending UCA was busy in ACUA entered where a man and a woman who told me that there also were in charge of claims, but should leave more room a few days, because apparently the jewelry is required to reply in writing and usually leave a few days more leeway on the issue of postal delays.
addition, in the back of the complaint form indicating to wait 10 days without specifying whether they should be natural or working days, but happen to be working, so that between one thing and another I have come too soon.
Still, the girl who was there took note of the complaint and have read, and he said that legally the company has no obligation to refund my money, to which I replied that in the back of sales slip clearly states that "if I am not satisfied return the money within a month, and I bought the watch on December 26 and returned it on January 23, making the money but claimed it later the clock was less than a month in my possession. The girl has agreed to this, and so has been the thing.
Now I have to wait until 23 or so and return to bring the complaint (a copy, as I have said I must stay forever with the original), unless they have written me jewelry to offer an agreement that satisfies me. And according to the ACUA are obliged to answer in writing, or they open a file ... and if no written agreement then we have told me something about a free lawsuits, arbitration proceedings and such ...
Finally, we will see in just this ....
