Learning to play the piano as an adult

I've always thought that the piano is a great tool, not the most complicated, but for the most attractive. Playing the piano for me has always been a kind of pipe dream for the different circumstances of life and because we always think that these things are to start as much as a child or teenager. It is true that our ability to learn is far more child than adult, but it is not impossible, by any means, consider this type of adventure with a few years on top. If children have the capacity, we have adult and perseverance will always be something that really motivates us. I

I can comment that only one hour of class per week (in my case tutorial) can progress quite a few months, start to play some simple exercises and a couple of years playing some Bach, Mozart, etc.. To do this will need to know the staff, the note to which every part of the staff, the time value (which is each note) and some detail. The theory is nothing to be feared, is quite simple. The classes of a teacher are almost essential, though.

addition to acquiring the techniques and music theory concepts necessary (not too) to read and play those scores, they can progress in harmony as well, allowing us to follow shortly almost any song chords (a chord is a succession of different notes that sound simultaneously or in succession together forming a harmonic sound). It's easy to find these chords and play a little practice. Can be used to represent the traditional nomenclature (Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si and their major, minor, diminished, seventh, ninth, etc.) or the Anglo encryption (A, B, C, D, E, F and G, where A = La, B = Yes, C = C, D = Re E = Mi F = Fa G = Sol). Normally a chord is composed of 3 notes played with the right hand and the note of the chord that bears its name is played with the left hand in the lower zone (severe) on the keyboard.
If you search the net you will see that it is easy to find the chords of any song.
important thing to learn because it is fundamental to want to spend time at home to practice advances and corrections seen in class, between 30 and 45 minutes a day is enough. It is therefore imperative to have a piano at home. This could throw us back if we think of space and cost. However, to start we can buy an electronic piano whose cost can be in the 500 or 600 €. What is important in this type of piano is:

1) The size of the keyboard should be identical in number Keys and their size to a piano "truth."
2) The feel of the keys is fundamental. The piano string has some hammers strike the strings as the keys have a special touch to a characteristic strength. This effect "hammer" is essential in an electronic piano (must simulate this effect.)
3) Must have pedal to extend the sound of the notes once you release the keys (especially imperative to play by chords).

Typically buy the piano with a pedal and legs to hold it (there are in "X" pretty cheap). Also we recommend a piano bench with adjustable height. I bought a Casio Privia PX-120 (I think it's the 130) that meets all the above. The sound of the speakers in my piano is not very good but has audio output so you can play with headphones (so as not to disturb anyone :-)) or to an external amplifier. In both cases the sound is good because the speakers are not used piano.

Well, a little more, I encourage you to put "to work (musical)." The important thing is to have enthusiasm and excitement and it is not necessary to be a child (at least in age).

accident due to failure in the Star Flyer Amusement Park Madrid

says the dictionary of the RAE accident is a "possible event that alters the normal order of things." This entry is only to mention to an experience I had yesterday at the Madrid Amusement Park, which occurred just what that definition sums up so well. After a great day ended up in the park's newest attraction: the Star Flyer. Flying chairs are typical of the life of the park but climb to a height of 80 meters (from above the wheel looks like a toy) and rotate quite fast. Moreover, because you feel the same subject in other attractions the feeling of "flying" is great (for me too, even be sufficient clamping and without real danger.)

The fact is that when I was starting to ask when it would stop (as between the high and the feeling of "too much freedom" was not really relaxed me) suddenly stopped chairs turn and stopped (but 80 meters !!!). It was obviously a failure in the attraction, some sort of accidental damage (hence the accident, and that no injuries) that left us hanging there for a while it became eternal (it was a considerable time). People were starting to get nervous calling us cell phone from below to tell us that our companions were at it ... I wondered if the firefighters would be able to get us to 80 feet high. There were also quite windy, which also give us quite cold, we swayed slightly increasing our "concern" (if not fear). The minutes passed and passed without anything happening except the wind swinging and people's faces increasingly serious ... The girl who accompanied me (and the chairs come in pairs), daughter of friends waiting below, was quite nervous and began to mourn. Luckily I was able to comfort her, I can not imagine what would have happened at that time if she had to ride with another boy next door ...
Finally (finally!) Little by little, the structure that holds the chair began to decline slowly until we returned to pose for a while your feet on the ground. From the amusement park did not give us any explanation, nor have any details with us (at least one hot broth would have been nice, we went down frozen !!!).

If something similar has happened to you can tell me by mail and just write a compilation of theme bauldehuellas@gmail.com

The Love Boat Café

that summer has passed and that the reminiscences of the holiday and are almost nonexistent but I like to tell you about a site that I particularly like the Mediterranean and offers the possibility of going to the beach staying in camping, apartment, apartment or hotel ( we, for all economies). There is a secret spot or anything like that, just a vacation spot where I like and I have repeated many years (including this one): it is Calpe (in the province of Alicante).
Calpe has two magnificent beaches of fine sand and blue flag separated by the great rock of Ifach which gives it a distinctive landscape of this coastal town. Levante beach or the Fossa for me is the best, is which is in the least populated with only one line of construction of apartments with direct access to the sea.

Playa La Fossa and Rock of Ifach (Calpe)

Tourism in Calpe is very familiar, quiet and although in August is not immune the typical mass of the dates, its scale is relatively "quiet." It is ideal for a holiday with children, the weather is fantastic (I think the Rock will sa specific microclimate because even when bad weather in September in the Levant, in Calpe still looks the sun).
As for restaurants, the beach of the Fossa there are many, good quality and priced fairly interesting (the Argentine fillet steak restaurant Tequila is strongly recommended).
Apart from a beach holiday, Calpe offers alternative entertainment options and within minutes you can go to a karting, Terra Mitica, visit the charming villages adjacent (Moraira and the old part of Altea), climb the Rock to walk or climb, visit the port where seafood meals at bargain prices (not a máxiama quality, of course), watch the fish auction market in the port, etc, etc.
My vacation experience in Calpe has always been very good, as I say particularly recommended to young children.
not go all that I do not want to fill the beach eh?

Samples Of Church Programmes

This time helps me with my friend Joel this review, the recently defunct blog Photos fog.

Somehow, I also put the shirt on the side of those who preach fair bit lucky that Spain enjoys the pop music scene in the world. Nor do I have intention to avail myself of this argument, over these few lines, because it is not matter to generalize the idea, and perhaps even they know how to interpret a group pretty ugly in other words, it is not squire make all that emerges from English soil, but those who enjoy good taste, for example, all groups that houses Siesta Records.

Looking back through the catalog of the label, we find references to a project named Edwin Moses. The first thing we thought would come in mind is that this is a singer, not being as illogical the idea, as the name of the project Navarro-Gihon, was taken from a black musician named Edwin Moses, a cult artist black music, political, perhaps a figure unfairly unrecognized core and to the point of being as a missing link to what the soul is concerned. Obviously we are facing a kind of tribute, tribute to the artist unknown, an act for which the band plays songs from that alleged Soulman, besides their own songs, songs about love, social injustice or racism, it claims to, the roots of soul, of the sound of Motown, the funk, and why not say so? of that indie guitar pop, as can be seen in the first demo of the band, songs that have nothing to envy from groups concerned.

The group consists of artists related to other projects in Spain, and Pedro Vigil the most important of all, the discography of the band is comprised of three albums and an EP, all edited in that Siesta Records.

Finally, even if you are in contradiction with the first lines of text, which apparently include Edwin Moses has not had the impact due to your country, achieving a certain sympathy in Japan, where they have reissued the discs (not I never tire of admiring the taste of the Japanese in these matters). Still, I am sure that we come to appreciate the songs performed by the group agreed on the recognition that they underestimated find it very similar to the fate of Soulman in question.

Los Berlanga - LP

El disco de Los Mejías I felt very good, and so much the group expected subsequent to them. And I must say I like these songs as much or more than the former group. This time most family issues are situations, like the guy who always forget anniversaries, or who complains of the few culinary skills of his beloved, or he who finds the love of his life in an Ikea store. Completely everyday situations, because who will not ever fell in love with the voice of the girl in customer service? Or who was not once harassed by a celebrity like Cameron Diaz and Penelope Cruz? XD
As happened before, I am left wanting more. But unfortunately your myspace realize that the group ceased to exist a year ago. Let this post serve as a reminder to this great band.

HD: Dining in HD?

That's what I would think someone in the XXI century saw cafeteria "HD": Something in Matrix plan, ultramodern High Definition. Nothing is further from reality in this coffee shop I discovered last week in Madrid (c / Guzmán el Bueno 67).
The cafeteria HD (old Díez Brothers) has been transformed to a change of masters in their kitchen and card but have decided to maintain the aesthetics of the cafeteria and even 70's strengthen it by adding decorations like a TV of that era, retro mirrors and of course keeping the chairs and tables in this cafe life. Yes, all very carefully, where it has been necessary refurbished and in perfect condition. Seeing the cafeteria from outside it seems difficult to enter spontaneously unless you take notice of the terrace is full (and something is not it?) Of course, I recommend sitting inside because it's worth seeing the site as I have said .

Of course, the picture changes completely when we talk about where we eat and drink to a much more avant-garde: wide range of drinks including wines, beers and mixers that will surprise us. We must not deceive ourselves because no cafeteria and restaurant for dinner as it is concerned: I recommend you ask for a burger of the many varieties that will offer you: great, with a very bread special, accompanied by chips and pickles on your point. I tried French, with foie on the meat, which was about € 10 (that was the most expensive): spectacular. The treatment and the waiters very well too.

Definitely, worth seeing if you can this curious place where fine dining and Cheap and find this crossroads between 70 and most current modern kitchen (of course, our waiter told us they were Edi on facebook).

Guide to Choosing a good Masters (MBA)

currently on the market many business schools and universidedes offering postgraduate courses and Masters with a wide range of prices and programs. This time I focus on the MBA (Master in Business Administration) as always based on my own experience (in my case I made an executive MBA last year). Not to advertise some schools will not include names or other of them, such information as the rankings (in which I do not trust long) are easily accessible on the Internet. In any case if you want to ask me something specific about a particular school or you can send an email to bauldehuellas@gmail.com.

The first question to ask is why I want an MBA? The answers in most cases three, which may have more or less weight to each other:

1) To supplement my training and experience
2) To put it in the curriculum and access to a better professional position
3) To establish a network of professional confidence which use on job changes

We
these 3 points in mind to choose one or another school-master.

Selection criteria

Regarding the training aspect, it is noteworthy that the MBA makes special emphasis on financial, economic and business executive training supplemented by marketing and sales, production and distribution , etc. My recommendation is not to pursue an MBA to have about 3 years experience working at least one large company. That will give us experience and a vision that will take much more the MBA. There are of course aimed at newly qualified MBAs but not recommend it because, as I said, they get much less "juice" and you will see everything from a perspective much more theoretical, less applied to the experience and therefore be treated less knowledge.
Almost all MBAs used as a method of learning the case method based on real business case studies. MBA is essential in a practical vision of the application of knowledge so teacher quality is one of the key fundamental choosing the MBA. A good teacher will keep you tied to your chair, learning and large pasándotelo on real experiences but the topic is not entertaining in itself. A bad teacher can make an interesting topic in a supreme boredom you're wanting to escape.

other hand it is very important to number of students per classroom and disposition thereof. There are very prestigious MBAs (which usually represent a fairly high cost) whose classes are classrooms full of students (university type) and therefore not only encourages participation of students. In other cases, however, classes are limited to approximately 20 students and classes available in a "U" which radically changes the group environment, much better, more open and participatory.

My advice is that if you have in mind a specific MBA:

* Search forums or ask others who have made
* Meet with the director of the school and you "sell" to give you all the information of teachers, see the facilities and classrooms, question the number of students per classroom, etc.

hours and location

For schedules, MBA full time is required to use vacation or leave of absence in the works. Others allow it compatible if the company gets permission, they are often several days a week in the evenings. Finally there are the weekend, often on Friday evening and Saturday all day. I chose the latter option. I assure you it's a little hard to run out on weekends for over a year but looking back I think the best option.
is also important to see the location and access of the business school and we're going to have to go many times and sometimes there are logistical issues rule out a particular school.

requirements and "prestige"

Finally I wanted to tell you that for me a very important point in the MBA is to enjoy it, have fun while you learn. As you pointed out, in recent years prices have soared MBA certain justification to be the more "prestigious" and appear in a better position rankings. As "name" for the curriculum is always better recognized MBA but ultimately is not so important. Moreover MBAs "top" are usually more crowded and require a large number of meetings with teams outside of the master schedule. This usually occurs in varying degrees in all MBAs but the best reputations are often abused these practices. I have a few friends who have spent a year with the master face the weekends and the rest of the week staying up the night with their teams to prepare for work. I do not think this is the best philosophy of an MBA and is not necessary.

My experience

Finally, based on these criteria, I chose an executive MBA in a good school (although not the "top") in my case located in Madrid. The quality was very good, teachers, content and atmosphere. Moreover, the effort required outside the hours of master was very reasonable for what could very well make it compatible with my professional and personal life (children included). And the price was really good compared with the market. In short, a highly recommended experience and the best value for money I could find. I will not advertising it here but if you are interested that you discuss what school is and important details such as prices, etc, you can send an email to bauldehuellas@gmail.com and I will answer all I can.

I hope I was of help!

Sample Invitation Letter On Death Anniversary

How to teach to ride a bike to a kid a bike without pedals

say that cycling is one of those things that once you learn you never forget. Possibly one of the more fun shared between children and never gets old.
Learning to ride a bike, however, can lead brought a number of falls and tantrums. What I propose in this "footprint" is a much more natural, intuitive and effective way to teach your children to ride a bike.
learning Traditionally we have made many small beginning (after the tricycle where appropriate) with a two-wheeled bike with two auxiliary Ruedin on both sides of the rear wheel. This got little use and mostly serves to learn how to make pedals (something relatively simple) and that does not reach the main requirement to get control of the bike: develop balance on the bike on two wheels. With auxiliary Ruedin the brain of children not develop this balance and thereby automate it by removing one or both Ruedin, the child has to learn that almost zero. In fact, the child (and their reflexes and intuition) are used to the bike's behavior changes dramatically, which in many cases it would be better to teach directly without Ruedin.

Bicycle without pedals (modified from a standard bicycle)

few years ago some friends showed us a bike for brought their children Germany. They were learning bike without pedals and chain. Children moved resting your feet on the ground and propelling them. Soon they were able to pick up your feet in slightly sloping areas and balance. It seemed such a good idea when it was his turn to one of my children (age 3) took a small bike that gave us second hand, I removed the pedals and the chain and I repeated this "experiment." The result has been really good. Balance developed a very fast and soon was able to handle slopes without placing your feet on the ground and leading the bike to one side or another on a voluntary basis. Now we just change a bike with pedals, the first day and was able to ride pedals giving and end of the day to flip open a 180-degree turn and only from a standing start. Once you purchase the balance, the rest was really simple. Learning is natural, gradual and nothing traumatic (and I mean traumas and injuries, heh, heh).
I had a look and see that these bikes and can be purchased with relative ease. Here you as an example a comparison of prices and brands:

I hope you are as useful as I have been to me!

Butterfly Cook Top Cost

No prints without a first step

had long been the concern of launching my own blog. Perhaps breach all the rules of "good blog" since I do born without a defined theme or a special title that allows me to search engine positioning.
My idea is to share experiences that I have accumulated in the day to day and I think that, individually, may be useful for some people. Many times we face experiences that leave small footprints in our lives as we go, leaving small footprints on our environment and those around us. So I like to see this place as a shrine to tracks where I will be showing little by little some of these tracks. There will be things transcendental (or other). The topics that I hope that you find here will be colorful and, as I have said, without a clear connection between them.

I hope that some trace
serve you in your own way ...
